The Gambia Armed Forces is invited to participate in the United States Service Academy Foreign Students Program alongside United States and other international students. The program is targeting Grade 12 graduates between the ages of 19 to 22 years with a WASSCE certificate.
In view of the above, applications are invited from suitably qualified able-bodied, physically and mentally fit Gambians for this special enlistment into the Gambia Armed Forces. Prospective candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- He/ She must be a Gambian by birth and between the ages of 19 and 22.
- Must possess a Grade 12 WASSCE certificate with six credits including English and Mathematics.
- Medically and physically fit.
Application forms can be collected at the Defence Headquarters, Gambia Armed Forces, No 3 Marina Parade in Banjul, from Monday 03 December to Friday 07 December 2018. Potential applicants are urged to submit their applications with photocopies of all supporting documents such as school leaving certificates, national ID card and birth certificate to the Defense Headquarters, not later than Friday 07 December, 2018.
