The Guards Battalion followed suit the Gambia Armed Forces Training School (GAFTS) in the conduction of Basic Fitness Test (BFT) and Combat Fitness Test (CFT) accordingly. As earlier published, this is in fulfillment of the requirements of the Chief of Defence Staff’s training directive 2019.
