THE NIGERIAN ARMY WAR COLLEGE STUDY TOUR DELEGATION LEFT THE SHORES OF THE GAMBIA ON THE 7 SEPTEMBER 2018

The delegation from the Nigerian Army War College who were in the country for a study tour left the shores of the Gambia on the 7 September 2018.

The delegation while in the country paid courtesy calls on the Chief of Defence Staff Gambia Armed Forces Lieutenant General Masanneh  Kinteh and His Excellency the President of the Republic of The Gambia and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr Adama Barrow.

The delegation was received by the Commander Gambia National Army Brigadier General Mamat Cham on behalf the Chief of Defence Staff, whilst His Excellency the Vice President Honourable Lawyer Ousainou Darboe met them on behalf of the President respectively.

The delegation whilst in the country also received lectures and presentations from members of the security forces, policy makers and a cross section of prominent personalities. They were also hosted to a dinner by the Chief of Defence Staff Gambia Armed Forces. The dinner was graced by prominent personalities including the Nigerian High Commissioner to The Gambia, Service Chiefs and a cross section of members of the security fraternity.
