The Gambia Armed Forces khaki female Volley Ball team won the Super Cup yesterday Sunday 17 March 2019 against the Interior female Volley Ball team. Coming from behind, they won 3 sets to 2. This marks the beginning of a new season.
In attendance was Colonel Sait Njie who represented the Chief of Defence Staff GAF, Lt Malick Sanyang GAF deputy PRO and Lt Mawlud Faal as well as other spectators. Colonel Sait Njie in his short remarks thank the team for their tireless effort in winning this cup. He said this exceptional achievement among others is recognized in the Gambia Armed Forces and makes GAF proud.
