The Chief of Defence Staff Gambia Armed Forces, the Deputy Chief of Defence Staff, the Commander Gambia National Army, the Commander Gambia Navy, General Officers, Men and Women of the Gambia Armed Forces regret to announce the untimely demise of Chief Petty Officer Ebrima Badjie of the Gambia Navy. This sad event occurred in the early hours of Tuesday 02 October 2018.
The sad news is extended to His Excellency the President Adama Barrow and Cabinet Ministers, his family members, relatives and friends in the Gambia and abroad.
Burial will take place at his residence in Brikama today Tuesday 02 October 2018 at 1700hrs. May his soul rest in eternal peace while asking Allah to grant his family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
